We want you to know exactly when your new favorite pieces will arrive. Here is everything you need to know about how we get your order from our boutique to your doorstep.

How It Works: From Our Boutique to Your Door
Every order goes through two simple stages: handling (us getting it ready) and transit (the courier bringing it to you).
Our Working Hours: Our team carefully packs orders Tuesday through Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. We take Sunday and Monday off to recharge. However, once your package is with the courier, it travels 7 days a week!
1. The 5:00 PM EST Cut-Off
To get your items to you as fast as possible, we start processing orders the very same day if they are placed before 5:00 PM EST (Tuesday–Saturday).

If you order before 5:00 PM on a business day, we start processing it that day.

If you order after 5:00 PM, or anytime on Sunday/Monday, we’ll hit the ground running with it on the next business day.
2. Handling Time (1–2 Business Days)
We don't just throw your clothes in a box. Our team personally picks, quality-checks, and carefully folds your dresses, tops, and knitwear so they arrive crease-free and perfect. Once it’s packed and handed to the courier, your order status will update to Fulfilled.
3. Transit Time (3–5 Calendar Days)
Your parcel is officially on its way! Because couriers deliver through the weekend, your package stays moving every single day. As soon as it's shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number, and your status will change to Shipped.

Packing: Our team preps your items within 1–2 business days.

Hand-off: We give your package to the courier (Status: Fulfilled).

Tracking: You get a shipping email with a link to track your delivery in real-time (Status: Shipped).

Arrival: Your pieces arrive within 3–5 calendar days. Try them on and enjoy!
Tracking Your Journey: If you haven't received your tracking link within 3 business days of ordering, please reach out to us. We’ll look into it for you right away.
A Few Friendly Reminders

Check Your Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout! Once the courier has your package, we can't redirect it. If a package comes back to us due to an incorrect address, we can re-ship it, but we may have to charge a small re-delivery fee.

Sizing Note: Our clothing follows Asian sizing, which generally runs 1–2 sizes smaller than US or European sizes. To ensure a perfect fit and avoid the hassle of a return, please check the specific size chart on the product page before buying.

Colors on Screen: Colors can look a tiny bit different depending on your phone or computer screen settings. Don't worry—if it's not what you expected, it doesn't affect your eligibility for a return or exchange.

Peak Seasons: During major holidays or big sale events, things can get a little busy for both us and the couriers. Handling and shipping might take just a fraction longer, but we'll always keep you posted!
Damaged or Missing Orders? We've Got You.
We pack everything with love, but mistakes can happen on the road. If your package arrives damaged, or if it doesn't show up when it's supposed to, please let us know within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Send us your order number (and a photo if it's damaged), and we will fast-track a replacement or a full refund for you.
