Our return promise
If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Whether the dress didn't fit quite right, the color looked different on screen, or the style just wasn't what you expected — we get it, and we've got you covered.

What can be returned
To keep things fair for everyone, we ask that returned items meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking
- Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it
- All original tags and labels still attached
- Original packaging included wherever possible
- Dresses, tops, jackets, and outerwear in any color or size listed in our store
What cannot be returned
For health and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once they've been opened or tried on. We appreciate your understanding:
- Shapewear, corsets, and body-contouring vests — for hygiene reasons
- Bikini cover-ups, swimwear, and beachwear
- Camisoles and spaghetti strap tops that have been worn or washed
- Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, perfume, or alteration
Starting a return takes just a few minutes. Here's how it works:
- Email us at contact@anniesfashion.shop or call +1 (216) 651-6222 with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using a trackable delivery service. Please keep your tracking number safe.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll confirm your refund by email. Your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
Exchanges
Ordered the wrong size? Want to try a different color? We're happy to arrange an exchange within the 30-day return window, subject to stock availability. Just reach out to us and we'll sort it for you quickly.
Since many of our dresses and tops come in multiple colors — Black, White, Burgundy, Rose Gold, and more — we'll do our best to get you exactly what you need.
We pack every order with care, but occasionally something can go wrong in transit. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and the issue
- A brief description of what happened
We'll arrange a free return and send you a replacement or full refund as a priority — no questions asked.
A note on colors & sizing
We do our best to photograph our pieces accurately, but screen settings vary from device to device — colors may appear slightly different in person. Similarly, since we carry a wide range of styles from bohemian floral prints to solid minimalist cuts, the fit and drape of each piece can vary. We always recommend reading the full product description and size guide before purchasing.
